Digital Ceramic Systems offers a comprehensive technical support service to all our customers

DCS have over 60 years combined knowledge within the ceramic print industry and 10 years experience using digital ceramic printing system's.

We appreciate how important it is to keep our customers up and running. As a result, we offer a full support service option to all our customers which covers a wide variety of issues, some of which are listed to the right.
Our online support service is provided on a monthly basis and includes:

Helpdesk*
Our helpdesk will automatically log your questions/queries and issue you with a support ticket number. Our technicians will endeavour to answer your request within 24 hrs. When your ticket has been answered, you will automatically be notified by email.
