Magenta Set (standard)

The 'Magenta' colour set consists of:

Cyan
Magenta
Yellow
Black

This is the most popular colour set used in 4 colour printing systems. The magenta based set will give an overall good range of colours. It is general used for skin tones and standard photographic images.

Advantages.
This colour set gives an overall good range of colours including good pinks, blues, greens and purples.

Compromises.
This colour set is not capable of printing bright reds, oranges and yellows.

Firing Temapture: 800c°-840°c

Red Colour Set

The 'Red' colour set consists of:

Cyan
Red
Yellow
Black

This set will give the user very vivid colours including a very strong true red, Images do come out slightly saturatede which helps to enhance small images.

Advantages.
Reds, oranges, yellows look very good and bright with this colour set. you will also get a verry good lime green.

Compromises.
This colour set will obviously not print a magenta pink, dark blues do tend to be slighly less satuarted than the blues in the magenta set.

Firing Temapture: 780c°-800°c
